Do I order the Starlink, or do you supply?

You order the Starlink. It is important that you do because price and provisioning are based upon your location. Ordering from Starlink is absolutely the best option.

Should I speak to you before ordering?

Yes. It is a very good idea to speak to us before ordering your Starlink. We carry all sorts of fixing kits and accessories for Starlink installs, but there are some things you need to consider before ordering. We can help you with that.

Do I need to have a chimney?

No. In fact, even if you do have a chimney, the better way to install Starlink is to wall mount with an approved pole. Chimneys take the brunt of the weather and actually do not make very good bases to fix to. However, that is sometimes the best place to fit, depending on circumstances.

Can I have my router moved to somewhere else?

Yes. We can run the Starlink connection to any location within the building. This obviously will take more time and increase the price.

Are you insured?

Yes. Up to £4 million of public liability by Direct Line business insurance.

What safety measures are taken?

For safety reasons, and depending on the property type, we will sometimes send a two-man crew to do the install. This is not always the case. Our ladder installers are certified for both ladder safety and work at height safety. They also have the very best and latest safety equipment.
